With niece Kirsty safely banished from the family and married to the unsuspecting JP, the natural world beckoned even before we'd gotten in to the car to travel away.

There, on the rear wheel of my car was a pair of Privet Hawk-moths doing what Privet Hawk-moths do at 10am on a Sunday - demonstrating their love for each other and a rubber fetish.
Even when interupted the two kept at it - ah, young love.
Getting back to the Hawk-moths - these two were were also interupted and moved to a quiet bush where the luuuv continued, presumably until it got dark again...
