24 August 2011 - Moorland above Kinloch, Perthshire
WIth cold night temperatures now being experienced, a poor catch was inevitable:
Small Wainscot - I caught 15 of these, mainly copper-coloured, in 1.5 hrs
Small Wainscot with Smoky Wainscot
Carpet - miniture specimen of Dark Marbled
Sallow - a very yellow specimen (compared to others caught this week)
Sallow - compare with above (variable indeed)

23 August 2011 - The neighbours again!
Another catch in the neighbours garden again. Highlight was a superb Garden Tiger, a memory of rearing these as a kid in rural Cambridgeshire - this one being the first I've caught since trapping.
Dotted Clay - perhaps!
Black Rustic - smart beasts

It was a decent sized beast in comparison with a Sallow
Barred Chestnut or Ingrailed Clay
Juniper Pug (thanks for ID help John)
Grey Pine Carpet
Dark Arches (again)
And a quick micro - Spindle Ermine?
