Bulrush Wainscot - and to be honest I nearly threw this out thinking it was a really worn.... common thing. This beastie, a female according to the book, was only slightly smaller than a Shetland Pony. Nearest water is some distance away, but these things are often found away from foodplant as they rapidly colonise new habitat. A good town centre garden tick if you ask me.
