Had 15 mins mothing before the heavens opened. Several Bilberry and Lead-coloured Pugs - no Little Thorn or Beautiful Snout caught on this trip, but given the time I had, perhaps I shouldn't grumble!

18 June 2016 - Nth of Canterbury
Spent a cold couple of hours under clear skies just north of Canterbury (Thornden/West Blean area). About 33% of the macros were Four-dotted Footman - but the numbers all round were poor. Few nice micros helped provide some colour for the evening... Would really appreciate confirmation on any of the images below - tis always much appreciated.

13 June 2016 - Thornden Wood
Spent a few hours north of Canterbury sampling the moff delights of the local environs. Several Diamond-backs, a Silver Y and this European Corn-borer were welcome catches, the waves, carpets and pugs though added extra entertainment...

10 June 2016 - Orlestone Forest - National Moth Night
Spent a few hours in Orlestone Forest for Natioanl moth night - 11 (eleven!) Agrotera nemoralis was the highlight though Scallop Shell is undoubtedly a personal favourite. Pine and Elephant Hawkmoths, Red-necked footman and a few other fun bits ended the evening. I try and put names to the pugs tomorrow...
