5 May 2011 - Ewelme Water (Cress) Beds, Oxon

A lunchtime gasp of fresh air around the local water-cress beds failed to produce Water Shrew, Mole or Otter, but did provide a few interesting bit and bobs.

Highlight for me was this Slender Groundhopper

This Burnet Companion was an easy second

Grey Wagtail - a rare bird photo! Brassica bugs (I think) - shaggin!

32-spot ladybird (sorry to repeat old jokes!)

Mesembrina meridianaHoverfly spp

Rhynchites aequatus

Gastrophysa viridulaMisc insect spp!

And a spid!
