Cushion scale, Pulvinaria floccifera on Rhodos at SHeffield Park; 29 June 2019

Visited Sheffield Park in East Sussex today - lots of Cushion Scale on the Rhodos. Also causing a secondary sooty mould on the upper surfaces of the leaves.
